Bag of 5,000 wheat cents. A good mix of wheat cents from the teens, twenties, thirties, forties and fifties. Most of the coins will date in the 1940s and 1950s, just by the nature of the series; the largest mintages of coins, on average, were in the 1940s and 50s. We do not search our wheat cent inventory for dates or die varieties, but we will say that you will probably not find any damaged or low grade coins. As we buy cent lots over the counter in our store, our buyers pull any green, corroded, bent, or otherwise visibly damaged coins out of the deal and return them to the customer.
